Fusulinids were single-celled marine organisms with a “football”-shaped and internally coiled shell. They are common fossils during much of the Paleozoic and went extinct at the end of Permian time. This image is from a linocut print that I made during my artist registry at Carlsbad Caverns National Park and is titled Axial Fusi Roundup…made in honor of the Permian strata present there. 2 colors of shirts - Sage and Tan. Art printed on back, a single fusulinid printed on front.
