I will be going today to find a frame that will compliment the painting. You're right about the digital picture. It just doesn't do the picture justice. Next time you might explain to the customer that it hasn't been stretched on frame and about the lighting and so fourth. I am a perfectionist that is why I really searched the internet before I chose your business. I want you to know I am very pleased with the reproduction. I am not a difficult person. My heart was really set on this painting and I wanted the art work to be as close to the original as possible. I feel you achieved that. | Firstly, I am fussy and the word fussy only covers 33% of my actual fussiness. When I laboured over the issue of which art reproduction company would be allowed to reproduce art on canvas for me and which reproduction company appeared most trustworthy by online review - I chose Robert at Encore Fine Art. Robert is so thoughtful and officious so our communications were most clear with every detail I queried. We started with FOUR CANVAS's of ancient Rome and the Vatican - all in the same size - 24" x 32" in size. When I received the 'almost complete' digitized photos in my e-mail I suddenly felt so dull and miserable as the digitized artwork didn't reflect the vividness or colourations the artwork was supposed to display.
