| How long does it take to deliver a painting? |
| Depending upon the painting, a typical 90cm x 60cm (38 inches x 28 inches) painting takes two to three weeks to produce and approximately one week to deliver. |

| Can I request a reproduction of a painting not cataloged? |
| Our artists will reproduce any painting from the history of art. Just email your request to sales@encorefineart.com and one of our consultants will assist you in making the perfect selection. |

| Can I request a commissioned painting? |
| Yes, contact one of our consultants at portraits@encorefineart.com and they will guide you through the process. Original oil paintings from photos of your family, pet, landscape or you. |

| What feedback will I receive as my painting is prepared? |
| On request at the time of your order, we will forward you a digital photograph of your painting being produced with your artist, at approximately midway and at the conclusion of the painting. |

| Is it safe to use my credit card? |
| Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure. Our paintings are sold through a system assured by PayPal one of the premier international eCommerce organizations. |

| Do I have to pay sales tax, VAT, or any other similar tax? |
| No, you don't. In fact, most countries (USA, Europe, Australia) have no (zero %) customs duty on hand painted paintings. It is one of the few products that almost universally enjoys this status. |

| How much will my shipping charges be? |
| Shipping is free and is included in all of our prices, but is not refundable in the event of a return. We use DHL to courier our paintings. |

| How do I track my order? |
| When we have shipped your painting, you can follow progress with the DHL reference we supply to you by email. |

| What if I need to return my order? |
| You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 15 days of receiving. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. Refunds will be credited to your account. We require returns to be by DHL Worldwide Express. |
